Photography & Videography Release

​I hereby grant permission to Katie Holmes to take photographs and videos of me during the makeup application process and after the makeup look is completed for the event specified below:

Portfolio: The photographs and videos may be included in the Makeup Artist's portfolio, both in print and online, to showcase the quality of work and makeup looks.

 

Promotional Materials: The photographs and videos may be used in marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to the Makeup Artist's website, social media profiles, printed brochures, and promotional presentations.

 

Confidentiality: I understand that my personal information, such as contact details, will not be disclosed or associated with the photographs and videos without my explicit consent and my personal information will be kept confidential.

 

Release of Liability: I release Katie Holmes from any liability regarding the use of the photographs and videos as described above. I understand that the Makeup Artist will make reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy and dignity of the images.

 

No Compensation: I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of these photographs and videos. Any use of the images and videos will be solely for the Makeup Artist's professional portfolio and promotional purposes.

 

Modification and Ownership: I understand that the Makeup Artist may edit, modify, or enhance the photographs and videos at their discretion. I acknowledge that the Makeup Artist retains all rights and ownership of the photographs and videos.

 

Withdrawal of Consent: I have the right to withdraw my consent regarding the use of the photographs and videos at any time. In such cases, I will inform the Makeup Artist in writing of my request to withdraw consent.​​​​​​​​​​​
