FAQ's
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

I tend to have bookings two to three years in advance so it is never too early to get in touch.
Please contact me as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
TRIALS:

Although a trial is not compulsory it is highly recommended to attend a makeup trial in the lead up to your wedding date. Trial appointments will be arranged after booking fee is paid to hold your wedding date.
The trial will be held at my makeup studio based in Berkshire.
If you have decided not to have a trial, I cannot accept responsibility if a chosen style or look does not work on the wedding day or there are circumstances where there is a mismatch in styles, approach, or expectations and a refund on the wedding day will not be offered. Cancellation fees are applicable if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time or do not show up for your appointment.

HOW LONG WILL MY TRIAL TAKE?

Trials generally take around 2 hours.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

I am happy to travel for your big day, although please bear in mind any venue or destination that is over 2hrs travel time from my post code I will require overnight accommodation the night before and the cost will be applied to the final balance. Also depending on the distance there may be a minimum booking of people or minimum spend involved that excludes travel costs.
